| The hotel staff was cordial, extremely professional and safety conscious. The pool has a 2 story water slide which is monitored above and below by pool staff. This is the largest recreational area at a hotel in the Toronto area. The 3 hotel restaurants were clean, moderately priced for the area and the waitstaff was attentive. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Parking onsite was $9.95 per day.

| I had read other reviews and was a little concerned about noise from the pool - that concern was unfounded. The pool closes at 11pm every night, so unless you go to bed really early that is not a problem. I can say only good things about this hotel. It was comfortable, clean, and service was good. We had a wonderful time.

| This is a very nice hotel that is perfect for families looking to have fun no matter the season. The staff is friendly enough but they just kind of do their job without extra effort. This place has an amazing pool with a waterslide which leaves me to my next point. If you require sleep before the hour of 11 p.m. and/or after 8 a.m. make sure they don't put you in an atrium room. These rooms are awesome because they have a balcony that over looks the pool/atrium but kids are screaming from the pool opening until it closes. We had some drunk guy yelling on his balcony at 2 a.m and let me tell you it echoed.

| This hotel is great, beautiful hotel, the waterslide was a alot of fun and vvery clean. Also service was great, the only downside was price of hotel food. I got the hotel at an amazing price but was unable to enjoy its fine cuisine due to costlyness. Only Other problem was it was kinda far from downtown area, but there is a bus stop at the hotel which will take you to the subaway which goes everywhere a tourist would want to go. Just make sure you know when the subway and buses stop running!

| The friendliness of the staff was amazing! My husband and I can't wait to visit any of their other hotels real soon. The location of the hotel was perfect. We were able to get downtown in a matter of minutes and to Niagra Falls in roughly an hour.
