| This room was dirty. Bugs (roaches, ants, mosquitoes) in the room. Air unit was broke and bathroom was filthy. Ring around the tub etc.. Hotel clerk was rude said be glad you have a bed. I can get you a can of off. This was suppose to be special. It wasn't.

| The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. They also went that extra mile and helped us in replacing a lost contact - from chasing us down to give us a fax to directions to the vision center they helped us locate. Great staff. Beautiful hotel. Great extras.

| My husband and I were engaged at this hotel and, as we returned to New Orleans to support their businesses that were trying to come back from Katrina, we stayed here again. Usually a charming hotel at a reasonable price with large, nicely decorated rooms. Located several blocks from Bourbon, it is very quiet. As with so many of the hotels, they were unable to provide many of the amenities, however, we completely understood their current difficulties. The staff (most living on the property) were their usual gracious selves and tried everything within their power to make our stay enjoyable.

| Hotel is within walking distance to all French Quarter fun - Bourbon St., Jackson Square, French Market. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and had very friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to stay at the St. Pierre. I definately will be back in the future.
