| Our family vacationed at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in August for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Much more impressive then what is pictured online. Dined several times and the mountain views are incredible. If you can not handle stairs make sure to ask as our room on the first floor required us to first go up a flight then down = kind of strange. Also, neighbors comings and goings upstairs could be heard. Next visit to the area, we plan to take advantage for more amenities the hotel has to offer as our time was spent doing more touristee stuff!

| Although walking is required to the Tennis & Fitness center (our room was in the furthest building), the facilities were clean, well staffed and available. The room was spacious and our view of the mountain and valley, beautiful. Our only recommendation for improvement would be the service in the restaurant. It seemed as though the staff was centered around the buffet(available at every meal) and the service when ordering off the menu was less than what you would expect. The wait staff were courteous, but seemed preoccupied with the large groups being seated for the buffet. The business center, front desk staff and consierge's staff were very accomadating and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay at the resort again.

| Very nice hotel, facing the mountains. Was a little bit confused of the setup. It is a set of a few buildings, and each and every room has a great view (while entrance faces the back). It is surrounded by good-looking golf courses which add to the view (even though I am not a golfer).

| We spent 5 comfortable night there and it was beautiful. Their beds were soft and welcoming especially after long days of exploring the local attractions. Only bad thing for us was that there were no microwaves available for guest usage. I love it though and will mostlikely go back.

| The resort and neighboring golf course created a wonderful atmosphere for a business conference. Hotel staff were extremely helpful with questions and services. Only problem was that a thunderstorm knocked out cable and internet access but that was fixed fairly quickly. Looking forward to a return visit.

| I found this to be one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The rooms were big and clean, the staff very helpful and the views were awesome. Plus there were a variety of things to do on the premises.

| The only problems we found were the air conditioning quit during the night and the toilet was wobbly. We told the front desk the next morning and within 1/2 hour the maintenance crew was there and fixed both problems. Amazingly fast, especially for such a large facility.
