lobby and pool are ok, but rooms are in awful shape, less than what i would expect for a hotel of this caliber. free gym passes to gold's gym were one nice perk though. overall, there are better options.

Grace Best Western has a great location for accessing the Phoenix area. The rooms are spacious with all the amentities. The pool area is clean and quiet, in fact the entire hotel was a restful experience. We won't hesitate to book there again on our next trip.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very easy to find. Convenient to the airport. Shopping and dining just one exit down the highway. The spa located in hotel was fantastic! I highly recommend you visit the spa. Pool was nice and clean. Pool Bar was not open, probably due to the season.

Large rooms in a handy location with lots of good eats nearby. Surprisingly quiet considering the hotel's proximity to the freeway. A little rough around the edges maintenance wise, the place still had a resort like feel.

Hotel was okay. I was grossed by the hair tangled in the hair dryer as well as stray hair in the shower. (Overall bathroom cleanliness was questionable). Our fridge was broken and no one bothered to mention that, I found out when I went to put something in it. However, our neighbors were rather loud and security did come up check it out. Good for a quick one night stay, a bit too much $$$$ for what you get.

At first, we thought simply that we got what we paid for. We stayed for 3 nights and each day/night progressively got worse, culminating with a really rowdy group of kids rooming next to us. My husband got dressed and went to the front desk no less than 3 times, plus one phone call before anyone was sent up to tell our neighbors to be quiet. It didn't work, and eventually they allowed to to sleep in a different room, which was nice. (Although moving at midnight isn't the most fun.) The front desk was not very helpful, the rooms not very clean, and the facilities not very impressive.

This was my second annual trip to Phoenix to relax and get some sun, and my first time staying in this hotel. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Phoenix. The hotel staff from the shuttle drivers, to the front desk employees, and maids, were all very friendly and accommodating. I was there over Memorial Day weekend and it was quiet and very restful to be able to sit by the pool and read. In some areas around the pool you can also get wireless internet connection. There is a couple of shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance, but the menu and prices at the in-hotel restaurant were also very reasonable.

I stayed at this hotel with minimal expectations. I got a great price and inspite of the cheap price, I was surprised with the cleanliness, professional service. The room service was expeditious and food delicious. If cost is your concern, then be surprised to experience a little luxury at this hotel. Convenient location, quiet rooms.

This hotel was not that great. I liked the location, just off the freeway, but other than that it was not that nice. There was a glass at the end of our hall way that stayed in the same place for four days. Our room was not that clean when we arrived and we had to request a room with a balcony since some of the rooms do not have them. Matthews restaurant was the worst. Our food was terrible and the service was even worse. I was glad that McDonalds was nearby or we would have had to drive somewhere for breakfast. This hotel is not as great as the Expedia ad shows or as good as you would expect from a nationally recognized name. This hotel is good if you simply want somewhere to sleep and leave your things other than that I would not stay there again.
