| I have to say, on first glance, the hotel worried me. It's definately an older building. When we checked in, the front desk girl wasn't friendly nor was she helpful. However, the rooms were very large and clean and the maid service was excellent! What this hotel has going for it most of all is location, location, location. The Iwa Jima Memorial and Arlington Cemetary are EXTREMELY close as are 2 metro stations and a 7-11. All in all a comfortable stay for a great price.

| The hotel is nice, and it really has potential. The lobby is very nice and has wireless internet connection. (Rooms do not.) The things that are a little quirky about the hotel: The elevators are very old, the TRIM on the doorframes and along the walls is very old and painted very sloppily. The doors are old, showers are old! Some of the wallpaper is peeling, but it's not that big of a deal. The cable and phone wires are run under the rugs in some areas, leaving weird lumps... a little strange! Otheriwse the room is spacious and roomy. The kitchen was nice, but we didn't use it.

| This hotel while not a 5 star, was clean and comfortable. Location is great, close to MetroLink subway, (3 blocks) and they run a hotel shuttle to the station if you don't want to walk. Iwo Jima memorial within 5 minute walk, there is a Safeway grocery store 5 blocks away in Roslyn. Kitchens have toaster, coffee pot, dishes, etc so you can eat breakfast prior to your trip to DC or for business. Staff and housekeeping was pretty accomodating to our requests and acted like they cared. Good value for money. Would go back.

| Well, the hotel IS old so I wasn't expecting something too grand. The staff was OK, my room had great light and the kitchen was very clean. However, the stove didn't ingnite, the sink and bathroom sink had a slow drain, and the dishwasher came w/o detergent. On the my third day a huge coackroach made an appearance in the kitchen!!! When I called to change rooms the person at the front desk said, " We are extremely booked and can't change your room." All in all it was cool for what is was worth and I would consider this again.

| We were so happy to find this place! The location is very convenient to the Metro, to freeways, to grocery stores, to a gas station, to the airport, to DC etc. The price compared to other hotels with kitchenets was fantastic. They do charge a daily parking fee - but it was still a great price! There were a few places where the paint on the trim wasn't like new [who cares?], but everything else was. And the staff was very helpful. If you don't know your way around, it is a little difficult to find the entrance at night.

| For the price, hotel was convenient to metro and walking distance to Arlington cemetary. Booked studio room but it was too small for family of 4. No dresser to store clothes. Last night moved to larger room (2 queen beds and pull out couch), wished I had that size room the entire stay. Like the separate kitchen with fridge. Nice outdoor pool, but no towels left by the end of the day. All in all, not a bad deal for the price of the room and would probably stay there again.

| The hotel was very comfy. It was conviently located less then 15 minutes from d.c. When I first saw it from the outside it did not thrill me all that much, however, when I entered I was impressed. Be weary, however, of the parking in their parking lot. They ask you if you have your own automobile and after replying yes, they very nicely fill out your parking permit and tell you to place it on your dash board. I did not catch the small print on the permit that charged a fee for parking in their lot per day. I assumed since I was a paying customer at the hotel that I could park in their parking lot no problem. When i went to check out, they then said it will $$$$. I was a little shocked but other then that, it was a nice experience.
