| Excellent smaller boutique hotel and great location to 16th St Mall. Because my grandson stayed with us, we chose the suite combination and it was perfect. Beds were heavenly and the complimentary breakfast/ reduced price happy hour was a nice surprise.

| This was a real find in downtown Denver, just across from the 16th Street Mall. The room was spacious, the front desk staff members were very helpful, giving us maps, directions, and even obtaining some late-day ball game tickets. I would definitely stay here again.

| I've stayed here on numerous trips to Denver for business and have always had a good experience. The location is very central to the business district and convention center. The staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. For business travel, I think it's an ideal choice - probably wouldn't hesitate to stay there on a vacation either.

| The hotel itself was nice, although the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud when it came on. It was so loud that it woke us up every 20-30 minutes when it would come on and start running. We had a major problem with the valet service which is the reason why we wouldn't recommend this hotel. The guy got in our face and yelled at us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!
