| Convenient to city and downtown area. Some difficulty with locating due to proximity of other Inns with same name. Great room rate with Expedia.

| The room accomdations were lacking. My expectations were high, since I had visited the city a few weeks earlier. Amenties were very very limited. However, the bedding and overall room were clean. The service was okay. For the price the hotel was a 3/5 with 5 being the highest.

| this hotel was absolutely filthy (i.e. outside, lobby, halls, rooms, etc.)...and had stained towels in the rooms, stains on the sheets, items of food or other unidentified objects on the walls in the room and bathroom--no hot water in sink or shower. I called and asked for another room with hot water and was told that they could relocate me, but "couldn't guarantee hot water in any of the rooms...but i could wait till later the next morning and file request for maintenance to take a look"! Sinks were not even in the bathroom--they were in the room...surrounded by moldy carpet. AWFUL!

| We stayed here on two consectutive weekends. On the first the rooms and service wer great. On the second, the rooms had an incredibly strong cigerette smoke smell in them even though one was a non-smoking room. The front desk offered us air freshener but that's it. They couldn't give us different rooms since they were sold out. But they didn't seemed too concerned that we weren't happy. After spraying Febreeze for two days, the room finally started to clear up. Other than the smell, the rooms were ok.

| Hotel was unimpressive - The morning we checked out the desk clerk appeared to be wearing a "sleep shirt" and sweat pants. Noticed mildew in the bathroom and the light fixture was trying to fall out of the ceiling. Sign out front said something like "all new rooms", but that was not our experience.

| The hotel is located in an area densely populated with hotels and resturants, so easy access to eats and treats. The interior of the hotel was recently upgraded. The rooms were recently updated. There was a desk with data port hook-ups and good lighting. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. The bathrooms were clean and recently updated. The staff was courtious. The continental breakfast was limited, but adequate.
