| We were surprised to enter a "non-smoking" room, only to find it stuffy and smoky-smelling. The room itself was very nice and clean. When we tried to turn on the air conditioner, it kept shutting off after a minute or two. We complained to the desk clerk about the stuffy/smoky room and the air conditioner problem, and he told us the only thing he could do for us was give us a different room and all he had left was a "smoking" room! The next morning we told the new clerk the same thing, and all she could say was she'd let maintenance know. No apology or anything! Luckily, this hotel has a great continental breakfast buffet, which made up for some of our disappointment! We would go back to this hotel if the price was right, as it was this time...but not if something was available for a better deal.

| This motel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The continental breakfast was better than others that I have stayed at in the surrounding area. The only problem that concerned me was the outside entry to your room. I was staying with other family members at the time, so this didn't bother me as much. If I were staying there alone, that would encourage me to stay at a place were the rooms are accessible from the inside of the motel.

| Not impressed, but if you travel with your dogs this is the place for you. HUGE dogs with their owners walking down the hall. Can you imagine the cleanliness of the bed covers??? It was close to the Fox River Mall and I highly recommend the Texas Steakhouse next door, great food great entertainment

| We were looking for a hotel that was priced right, and close to the shopping area. This was a nice place to stay for the money. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nice for an older hotel.
