| Alarm clock in room didn't work. Although we requested a wake-up call, we didn't receive one. The beds are too firm, the pillows are too small. But this location is right by RDU airport and the shuttle service is responsive and convenient and these factors were most important to us. We got some sleep and a shower before our flight but this is certainly not a luxury hotel, nor should it be.

| Hotel was clean, We have stayed several other places over the years, will never stay there & pay to have to park, normally over the weekend.

| Everything was great with this hotel with the exception of the receptionist who could not give us directions to the hotel or give us the correct name of the street that the hotel was on. With 2 call to the same receptionist we finally winged it and found our stay very pleasant.

| Microtel Inns are good, low budget hotels. This one is just that. The room was small but clean. I did have some trouble with the wireless connection but it was resolved with a telephone call.

| This basic hotel is clean,the staff are responsive (if a bit glum) and the free phone calls to anywhere in the USA plus free hih-speed internet connection make this superb value for business. Although close to RDU airport, it was quiet at night. Superb central location for business.

| I have stayed in some nasty 2 star hotels before, but I felt completely comfortable at the Microtel. Clean room, comfy bed, great service and right across the street from an outlet mall. I even walked to Waffle House for a $4.95 breakfast. If you are not use to luxury, you won't be disappointed.

| Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful with information about possible places to eat. Even gave us a coupon for use at a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and had sufficient amenities for a short stay. We chose this location because of its distance from the airport and will use its services again when flying out of RDU.

| If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay - this would be it. Staff was friendly - room was clean - continental breakfast consists of cold cereal and bagels, so don't have high expectations. I highly recommend earplugs - in my second floor room, it sounded like a team of Danish cloggers was practising above my head. Bed was hard - and I mean HARD as a rock. Despite all this, if I were on a budget I'd stay here again - with earplugs.
