| This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and the overall condition of the hotel and our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The king size bed in our room was extremely comfortable. Even though our room was on the West side of the hotel and faced I-540, there was very minimal road noise and it was hardly noticeable to us at all. We were also very pleased with their continental breakfast. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

| I have used this location since 2000. For a long time the AR Air Guard used it as contract quarters (I have stayed there over 20 times) but not anymore. The quality of the rooms and service has greatly diminished, and it's quite indicative of that when the clerk at check-in says "Wait here, I'll check your room, the cleaning staff sometimes forgets to clean the rooms". Isn't that their job? If your room is on the east side, it fronts I-540 (less than 150 feet away) so it can be noisy. The shower pressure was abysmal, and the rooms are anything but clean. On the plus side, the parking is free. I can no longer recommend the Baymont unless no other alternatives exist.

| The Baymont is located in Central Fort Smith. It is a very comfortable room at an extreemly reasonable price. The internet was a bit on the slow side, but it is complimentary. The bed is very, very comfortable, and the room was very clean.
