| Requests made in advance and confirmed by the hotel were not followed through. No clean towels were available at the pool which necessitated a trip to the hotel desk to request towels. Hotel staff did not return charge card upon use and did not bring card to room requiring guest to seek out card and make trip to retrieve. Last but not least, extremely difficult to locate hotel.

| We had a 5th (top) floor room that was gorgeous with a bay view. The staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant and room service were great, and the location was perfect even though it is across the bay from most local attractions. Free transit AquaBus and Passport have stops on hotel grounds that take you anywhere in the city and beyond. The pool was not as spectacular as it looked on the website, but it was sufficient. They tried to put us in a corner room that was very cramped, no patio, and windows that overlooked the other side of the building. We complained and they moved us promptly and curteously.

| Great place to stay... only trouble is finding it and getting around the freeways and roads... they are confusing... other than that... I'd give them a 110% on everything else.. I'll go back for sure...

| Nice location on the water. Walking distance to Long Beach Convention Center and Queen Mary. Free bus service available. Amenities were nice. clean and well-kept rooms and grounds.

| The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The view across the bay is great, and water taxis will carry you across to downtown.
