| This hotel smelled bad and was filthy. Despite the reservation for two adults and two children, we were given a room with only one bed and no apology from the front desk.

| The hotel was run down and in disrepair. The upholstery was stained, there was trash on the lower roof outside my window, (including the screen to my window)Altough I didn't ask for a room with an in-room spa, my room had one. It didn't mattter because I was told that it leaked down to the first floor.

| The room we were assigned to first was unacceptable. The bathroom door was unable to be open from the bathroom - it's a good thing noone went in there without someone being in the room. When we requested the door be fixed or another room - we were told that there was no maintenance person and no other rooms. After some pressure, a new room was made available (someone must have just left). This room was a little better - however the bathroom door could not be locked. The pool was very cold and the hot tub dirty. The staff didn't seem to really care. I would stay somewhere else the next time I am in the area.

| The room was suppose to be non-smoking but smelled of smoke. Only 1 roll away so we had a family member sleeping on the floor. Not a very impressive continental breakfast.

| Clean, comfortable and fairly cheap. Ride a bus and a train to get into town; takes about 45 minutes. A bit inconvenient but it sure beats paying for a down town hotel! Breakfast standard. Great steak restaurant next door to hotel (Mattsons).

| Not appropriate for business travelers. Hotel is a good 15 minute drive from Midway, and very difficult to get around without a car. Interior hallways and areas were quite depressing. Room was basic, very minimal. There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron. I asked the front desk to borrow one, so I could iron my wrinkled clothes, but they offered absolutely no help - not even an alternate solution or a sympathetic word.

| Nothing special here. Very average. Near Midway Airport and about 45-minute rush hour drive to downtown Chicago. Need a car to get anywhere to eat or for entertainment.

| Too far from airport no food Poor service. Needed a cab and they forgot to call and used the excuse they were too busy.

| The hotel is clean and modern; the front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our weekend at this hotel while visiting our daughter in Chicago.

| Shower Dirty. Smelled unclean. Asked for King bed and got two doubles for myself and my pregnant wife.
