| Hotel has no problem taking your money, but they lied about availability and use of the hot tub, and when the MOD got involved, the first ten minutes was a long list of what they could not do to rectify the situation. I feel cheated, despite the hotels great location, easy access to NYC, and what could be very accomodating facilities. Fire the staff, GM on down, and save the property!!!

| The staff needs a lesson in courtesy and manners. It seemed far more imortant to them to finish the personal conversation they were having with fellow employee, rather than to timely give attention to guest or person that walked up to the front desk. In addition, I was never greeted in the morning upon check out. Incredible what kind of standards this company has!

| If you want to visit Manhattan and the prices are to expensive; this is one of your choices. The hotel is located at 1 min. from the Pavonia/Newport Path Station. You are like 5 min. from Trade Center Station(using the Path, of course). Very clean, comfortable and very nice breakfast. And if your are not satisfied with this review, you also have a pool and a whirlpool. I think you can't ask for more at that price.
