| The hotel had just opened a few days earlier and not all the bugs had been worked out. After everything was said & done (no hot water - no coffee), I had a hard time coughing up the sum demanded at checkout. In house breakfast was less than impressive for the price, but convenient nonetheless. Other mentionable problems were few, but the coffee had not been restocked for my second morning. On a positive note, the rooms were very clean, the staff was very hospitable and helpful, the grounds and parking were well kept and patrolled at night. I have no doubt many of these little problems have been fixed.

| The hotel was too far from the Riverwalk. Before I booked the hotel I called and made sure it was within walking distance of everything, but it was a pretty far walk to everything. And the bath tubs didn't look clean. Also, the beds were very dusty. The pool was heated which was a good thing, but the floor of the pool was black. It was very dirty, so was the hot tub.The hot tub also had a smell , it wasn't a pleasent smell, especially if you are trying to relax. There is one thing I was satisfied with and that is the valet. My car was at the front before I was even down stairs.

| The hotel had a horrible smell from the minute you walked in and that is just an turn off from the beginning. My air conditioner was not working and I woke up in the middle of the night in a sweat. I had to call twice the next morning to get someone to come and repair it. The work out room had very little equipment to use. I do have to say that the pool area was nice but full of used towels and trash.

| I was in New Orleans for business and this hotel was very central to where I needed to be. Convention center is only a block away, and the French Quarter, and other tourist attractions were within a 10-minute's walk. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.

| The hotel was very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and we have a late night snack that was awesome! Good value for the money. It's a little out of the way to the french quarter but still in walking distance. There is a tram near by that goes that way as well.

| Very good value for the price. Very interesting area around the hotel, like restaurants, cafes etc. Just the right distance to VERY lively Bourbon Street. I walked most of the time, so the good food of New Orleans did not do too much damage.!!!
