Our family would return to this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the price was affordable. Two things that we'd like the hotel to improve on is keeping with the schedule of activities, one day our kids wanted to participate in a game and they changed the time to an earlier time. We had gone out to eat and we rushed back but they said they cancelled the scheduled time and started earlier. We went in the month of August, it was very hot but the a/c's worked wonderfully however, anytime we opened the doors the heat would come in and the floors would get very wet and slippery.

I just returned from Mazatlan and loved it. The hotel is very nice except for the junior suites. The beds are extremely comfortable but the living area is just okay.

This hotel is charming, safe, clean, comfortable, has a very friendly staff, has money exchange at the hotel lobby, has tour arrangements, has purified water, etc. We had wonderful food at all the hotel restaurants. It is also conveniently located to everything in the Golden Zone and easily accessible to most other areas. It has many scheduled activities daily as well as 2 pool areas close to the beach.

Pueblo Bonito was a great place. We love the location and the facilities. The pool was great and the service very friendly. Our room was very clean and quiet as well. The food at the restaurants was also very good and clean. I would definately go back to stay and recommend anyone that is planning on going to stay there.

It was a nice hotel. Depending on what location you would like, I would prefer to stay closer to the Golden Zone. It was not as close as we thought and needed to take taxi's to and from almost everywhere. The only dissapointment was they had incentives they promised for attending their presentations -we were told one thing and it wasn't given to us. Felt like they didn't make a big effort to resolve their mistake. Other than that it was very clean and a nice Hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Convenient to shopping in the Golden Zone and yet out of the busy mainstream. The room was pleasant with great views of the ocean. Nice pool and beach. In June, although the weather was hot, there are few tourists so the hotel was pretty quiet -- almost too many staff people to serve so few guests. Cilantro's restaurant was a beautiful place for a sunset dinner AND the food was excellent. We ate at both restaurants on site several times -- great food. Convenient bus service to the newer and fancier sister resort at Emerald Bay.

The hotel could use some updating and minor repairs. Beds are comfortable and adequate. Food is somewhat expensive for the quality, but definitely comparible to other places we dined.
