| After I booked a room at this hotel, I read the reviews that were posted on this site, they were really bad and I almost cancelled my reservation. Am I glad I didn't,this hotel was very nice and clean. It was not ran down and wore out,it was well maintained and clean. We will be staying there again if possible on any of our next trips to the boats.

| The bathroom was dirty, the bed was miserably uncomfortable and we had to hold our breath every time we entered the stair wells? Not sure what they were trying to hide with the carpet fresh but it didn't work.

| The room was filthy, when we walked around in our socks you could see the filth on the bottom of our feet. The room smelled of cigarettes even though I asked for a non smoking room. the curtains in the room were barely hung and the bath tub was extremly disgusting. The hotel was in poor condition. They should use it on Fear Factor.

| The Ramada Conference Center in Bossier is tired, worn out and not kept up. The swimming pool had no lights in it, and children were swimming in the dark, the water was cloudy and didn't look clean. The grounds were poorly maintained. The courtyard where breakfast was served free(okay), was not very clean, the tables dirty. The planters full of uncared for plants. The rooms were barely clean, the bathrooms were clean, but our daughter's room had the shower curtain removed for some odd reason the day before we checked out and it took some trouble on our part to get a new one. The parking lot was filthy.

| I wish I had read the reviews before booking. This place is horrible. Dirty, decaying, poorly kept, uncaring service. Ramada should be ashamed to have its name associated with this dump.

| staff was very friendly, breakfast ok. the hotel itself though, seem very old and dingy...partly due to the lack of lighting in the reception area and all around the halls - and also the rooms seem to be falling apart with old equipment. they should think about removing the cheesy lights from the "casino" signs and putting them to good use in the lobby.

| We were not impressed with the Ramada Inn at all, the rooms refrigerator had a bottle of alcohol and a half of Sprite in it, there were a pair of flip/flop sandals under the bed. The wall paper was coming loose at the seams, and the Shower had very little water pressure.

| No attendant at check-in for 15 minutes. Lobby old and unkept. Our room was on 2nd floor. We had to use stairs as their was no elevator. Non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Bed covers were dirty and floor around bed had not been vacuumed for a long time.
