| This hotel is apparently the largest one on the island, and the staff there are great. The food is good. There are several pools and 2 of them have water slides. The hotel was at 45% capacity while we were there in July and it is seemed quite empty. We had the hotel car and driver take us on a private tour of the island and it was quite inexpensive. The spa is great too and quite reasonable. I can't wait to go back.

| I really felt relaxed in pools and cafes in the beautiful tropical garden. The time I spent at Spa was perfect.

| As this was our second trip to Phuket, we wanted to avoid Patong, but still be close. Was a perfect location with plenty of nightlife. The hotel feels a little dated, but felt the price was fair compared to other similar facilities. Close walk to stores and restaurants.

| I can't say enough about the service in this hotel. The people were the best. When there were problems they fixed them right away. They even sent a bottle of bubbly wine to my room to express their concern over my stay. The hotel is in a quiet location of Phuket Island but close enough to take a taxi ride to the other parts. Thailand is so inexpensive that it is possible to buy a lot of things here. The food was excellent and was very cheap as well especially considering how lavish it was. The activities desk offered 2 full binders of pages of things to do both on the island and nearby so there is plenty to do. Or else you can just be lazy and lie by the pool. I plan to return in June.
