| They said that they clean rooms every other day, but they did it everyday, so if you want to have your room cleaned every other day, you may have to call the front desk.

| Radisson has lost it's luster but this was a decent hotel, clean and affordable for the expensive Banff area.

| This is a typical hotel room which met our needs. Although, the pool and hot tub were not impressive. The hot tub has seen better days and really needs to be overhauled. The jets hardly work in it.
