| the hotel has it all... its location is magnificent its in the most important spot in the golden triangle u can walk to any place of interest. but on the bad side a very few of the staff acted inappropriately. but overall its good place to stay

| We stayed on the executive floor. The service was superb and the overall rating was good. Staff was very courteous. The laundry was done in time and properly. A 24 hour butler was available, serving tea when ever required. The gym was adequately fitted, the suana and the pool were good. The hotel was at a good location, five minutes from KL's landmarks like the Petronas Tower, Berjaya Times Square, Minara KL. Shopping centres (lot 10, Picoll Galleria, KL Plaza, and good eating joints (Thai, Iranian, Lebanese, Western, Italian were available just around the hotel. The nearest LRT was a 5 mins walk. Transport was readily available at any time of the day. Though the breakfast was included in the room rates it was charged and later after it was pointed out, removed from the bill. We were told that on the exceutive floor the minibar soft drinks were free, only to find that they were charged and not included in the room rates. The drinks in the executive lounge were free. The mini bar soft drinks were a surprise expense. Overall a good stay.
