| Liked the fact that there was an extra sofa sleeper placed in the room for our oldest child- saved a lot of fighting over the bed. Thoughtful

| If you are planing on visiting Disneyland,California Adventure, do not pick this hotel location. The service is very poor, the front desk receptionist is not very friendly, carpets in the room are very, very old bathroom has rust all over the side door and front door. Mostly chek your room charges, make sure that you did not get charge on the 'Safety deposit box' if you did not use the box.

| The employee working the front desk was horrible to us. Our toilet wouldn't flush and he looked at my sister and said that's it. he then proceded to ignore the situation until my sister said hello and then he told her rudely that someone would be up to fix sometime that day. The main door to our room had a broken deadbolt and was never fixed. The door had a space between the door and the door jam. Needless to say we did not feel very safe and we were laughed at when asked if we could move to the room next door. We asked for non smoking but got smoking rooms. I will have to say the other employees tried to be very helpful the rest of the trip but that one person can change an outlook on any hotel. Do not stay at this hotel!!!

| Location of this hotel to Disneyland was nice. We only had to walk two blocks to the tram that would take us to the main gate. The rooms were not bad, but the bathrooms need updated.

| The hotel is very old and has not been upgraded at all. The shower had mildew in it. The carpets were very dirty. There was a leek in one of the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel.

| I had a group of 6 family members staying in 3 seperate rooms. two of the three rooms were not acceptable; the toilets were plugged within our first use, also the water pressure in the shower was no more than a trickle of water streaming. When I told the front desk, they switched our rooms and gave us a room that had even worst plumbing. Also the ice machine was broken (the only one they had)and so we were told to scoop up ice from the pile on the ground if we wanted any ice, (how sanitary is that?!?!)On the plus side, our maid service was very good and efficient. And we were able to get into our rooms at an earlier time than the designated 3pm time.
