| We requested a non-smoking room, when in fact they tried to cover it up with some room spray. Our room faced the freeway, that was very busy and loud and the sheets had hairs in them from the previous guest. It was late so we slept on top of the bedspread.

| We requested a non-smoking room but were given a room that smelled of smoke, and had cigarette butts outside the door! The staff brought a machine to take the smell out which was only partly successful. The room cleaning staff should have noticed this before we checked in. We were offered another room, but not of the type (king bed + pull out sofa) we were in.

| We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada in Flagstaff. It was a quaint hotel in a quaint city. We appreciated the close proximity to the Grand Canyon (40 min), yet not overpriced like the ones that were 5 minutes away. The room was surpisingly large and we had plenty of space to spread out. We liked the convenience of the fridge and microwave in the room. We made use of the pool and hot tub and they were both very nice. The continental breakfast was large, and there were hot eggs and sausage as well as the regular options. We would stay there again!

| This hotel was better than I expected since it was near the freeway. I was on the 2nd floor and I heard almost no noise from cars on the street. The a/c was a little difficult to adjust for the best temperature. It was a window unit which don't always allow for best comfort. The breakfast was fair, but they did have eggs. There were no non-sugar cereals, but the manager took down the suggestion of adding them to the breakfast. Overall, I like the friendliness of the hotel staff and would return.

| We were very pleased with our two night stay. The only downer was the boiling hot jacuzzi. It was clean and quiet (no train noise). I'd use this place again.

| The hotel had just finished a remodel and you would think that would be a good thing, but no. The light fixture in the bathroom was missing, the light over the desk didn't work, you had to flick the vanity light on hard to get it to work, the vent fan was hanging from the cieling unattached with exposed wires, they had fixed the wallpaper over the shower with masking tape, there were water stains on the cieling, they had done a horrible job cutting the wallpaper around the light switch, paint was slopped all over the doorframe. It wouldn't have been hard to do a decent job with the place, but it wasn't done. When we went to tell them about the problems, another customer was trying to leave but she couldn't because they were going to charge her anyway. We figured there weren't any rooms available anyway with it being graduation weekend. They did fix some of the things quickly though. The towels were scratchy, the bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was greasy prepackaged donuts, bread, fruit and cereal.
