| Great Hotel with a few minor problems. When I went to check in they had me down for 3 rooms at 3 nights each when it was supose to be 1 room 3 nights, not a huge deal, at least they had a room for the right number of nights. The main problem was the maid service. They didn't clean the room either day. When we went to front desk the older gentlemen said he would clean it since the maid service was gone for the day, but we felt bad and said no your not. So he gave us the room next door and we moved our things. However, the next day it happened again no maid service and they also locked out our key from working (on purpose?). Overall the hotel staff were very freindly and did try to make everything right. The hotel is quiet, and close to the Airport and downtown thus conveinent. I would recomend this hotel for both Bussiness and Leisure travel.

| This hotel was in transition and changing to a La Quinta so there was major confusion. They had not gotten our change of room type but were able to accomodate us. HOwever, we found potato chips in the bedding and the room was not well cleaned, a big turn off for us.

| The front desk clerk was rude. The hotel was not clean - I didn't want to take my shoes off. The furniture was falling apart. I will not go back!

| It is perfect for us as we come to Omaha each week and need a convenient place, close to the airport to stay.

| Many mix ups with our room. Gave our room key to another couple. We had to go down to the desk to get our key reactivated twice in our one night stay. Very nice other than all the hassels we were put threw.

| While the hotel was clean and presented the appearance of a three star hotel, the staff and the services they provided were abismal. They were unfriendly, unknowledgeable about their own policies and services, and unhelpful. Even the manager on duty our first night was very unprofessional (taking a loud, inappropriate personal phone call at the front desk with guests waiting at the counter). I would rate this hotel 3 stars on facilities and 1 star on service.
