| The hotel was one week away from shutting its doors. There was no internet service, the locks were broken on the doors and it smelled like Black Flag. I will seriously rethink booking a hotel using this service in the future.

| East to find hotel and access coming & going to Galleria area. Front desk person was extremely nice and accomodating. Eventhough I heard 2 out of 3 elevators were out, my room was located on 1st floor next to lobby and convenient to parking. Room was very clean and spacious. Being a single woman traveler, I felt very safe at all times. Wish I had brought my swimsuit because the pool looked very inviting. The only disappointment was choice of cable channels.

| Our bathtub was extrememly dirty and the carpet had stains, Other than that our room was fine. The man working at the front desk was less than bright. He took about 20 minutes just checking us in and then we got to the room and the key hadn't been activated. When we checked out, the woman at the desk was very nice and helpful though. Has a good location, but if you are looking for somewhere fancy, stay away from here.

| Hotel is located in close proximity to dining, movies and downtown. Internet was not working in room but staff gave us another room promptly. Only negative was that remote control did not work, volume and on buttons, ok, changing channels, no. Other than that, hotel was comfortable.

| Well, the breakfast is great! I was very impressed. The desk help was rude and gave wrong directions several times. Also, I asked for the top floor(4th) and was given the second floor. When I called the front desk to ask for a 4th floor room, he said he would have to charge me twice, once for each room. Can't beat the location of the hotel with surrounding businesses, though!!!

| This property seemed to be in sore need of maintenance. Also, when I first went to my room (at around 6:30 pm) the room was wide open to the parking lot. I found this disconcerting and called the front desk and was told the carpet had been shampooed that day - this didn't really make me feel that much more comfortable.

| The elevators need considerable work, but otherwise an acceptable experience. And the location is almost perfect.

| We were very displeased on our stay at this location. The room was damp and smelled of mildew. The AC vent was dirty and the linens were torn. For the amount we paid for this room we expected much higher quality product. My girlfriend has asthma and couldn't breathe in that room so we stayed away from it as much as possible. She proceded to be sick for 2 days with bad coughing and sneezing.
