| I killed 3 cockroaches in my room. The sheets had holes in them like bugs had eaten them. The pillow-cases and towels were stained. The water coming out of the bath was brown, the bathroom was full of rust. The walls were dirty, the carpet ripped. There were no kleenex in the kleenex box. The pool was very unappealing, I didn't get close. If there was a continental breakfast I was never made aware of it. I left 2 days early and found a different hotel.

| I would spend extra money and get a name brand hotel. I couldn't get comfortable in this hotel, the rooms were old (which I can handle) but they were dirty, dirty paint, dirty toiletg, dirty shower, etc. I won't be using this hotel again.

| When I checked into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. Family members were leaving messages for me before I checked in to see that I made it and the staff was genuinely concerned when I told them my name at check in, they even called my family to let them know I made it. For a reasonably priced hotel, they have top notch customer service. Unfortunately, that is the only compliment I have for this place. When I got to my room, my first impression was the musky, moldy smell. The toilet paper roll despenser had crud stuck inside of it, I found this out when we used what little toilet paper they left for us. I could see the dirt and dust piled up under the dresser, and the soap dish in the tub/shower had soap scum built up on it. We had very minimal maid service. The bed made towels replenished and picked up, and garbage cans emptied...thats it. My 4 year old son leaned on one of the headboards and it fell off the wall!

| We were by the base. We needed directions and were given directions 20 miles out of the way the first time. Then we were given directions that told us to find Knox Abbott street of of HWY 77. The third time we were finally told how to get to the hotel - of course the long way around, not the straight shot off of 77.

| While not impressed with the condition of the hotel (it had that cheap sleazy look to it), my wife and I were more than impressed with the service. From the manager all the way down to the maintenance person, everyone was there to ensure our comfort.

| Worst smelling room I have ever been in. The bed spread smelled of some one who had been working in the fields for a week with no bath. I am serious. I had to remove the spread and sleep in my clothes. If I had not been so late I would have left to find a park bench. It would have smelled better.
