| From the time I was picked up at the airport to the check-in at the front desk, all staff were very courteous and friendly. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet has a very good selection with an omelet station. Seafood pasta sauce at dinner was a little spicy and I liked it. The HP printer in the Business Center has a broken right guide which allows the paper to jam when printing boarding passes or anything else.

| Hotel was very accommodating and very clean- also seemed somewhat new. Breakfast came with it and it was a good location from the airport. Easy to get to downtown Hartford too.
