| Hotel in great location. Breakfast in hotel is a significant addition, if not included in room rate. When requested a non-smoking room, was placed in the alergy free section of the hotel, which worked.

| The hotel is located in an area close to the water and also close to many restaurants. The service was decent, but make sure breakfast is included when you book your reservation- certain rooms have to pay extra for breakfast.

| The Neptune is in a quiet street but close enough to many excellent restaurants and the action of Nyehavn. And just a short walk to the Palace and the shops. A good hotel in a perfect location.
