| 1) The hotel receptionists are not very friendly. They can do a better job for sure..All that is required is a welcoming smile ..and they lacked that. 2)I stayed for one night. They gave me a room with a broken toilet exhaust fan...Can do a better job but negligient of the service they provide. 3) Room was neat.

| This facility is located next to Turfway Race Course and easily accessible to I 75. Numerous eateries within walking distance or by short drive, Staff was freindly and attentive.

| The hotel was extemely clean and quiet. The staff very helpful and the location very convenient. I would definitely go back.

| The Hotel was very clean. Rooms were very comfortable (new). Service was great, people were nice. The only complaint I have is the paper thin walls and floors. While trying to sleep; I had to listen to the couples conversation in the adjacent room in between the kids upstairs running across the floor like they were at a track meet. The floors (ceiling for us) squeak any time someone takes a step.
