| Pool was extremely small and full of kids. The food was discusting. The waiters would not pay any attention to us. Even though we had the all inclusive package we would still tip the waiter so they can keep coming and they wouldn't. The bartender's were rude. Room service did not reply to our requests. I had to complaint to management. Only three elevators and way too many people in need of them. Usually you would need to wait a long time for them and when you finally got on people would stuff themselves in with you. Horrible place to stay at.

| First, all of the employees were very accommodating and friendly! That's the extent of a good experience with this hotel. It needs some upgrades, which includes the airconditioning! The buffet was just OK. If you're looking for "cheap & easy" this just may be the place for you.

This is an hotel for springbreakers. Bad option cost-benefit. Please dont go.Dirty rest rooms, bad food (price ok).

| We stayed at the Hotel Copacabana from June 22 through June 25. The hotel is an old hotel and it doesn't look as if any rennovations have been done since the hotel was built. The beds were uncomfortable and hard to sleep on, however; the linen on the beds were clean. The bathroom had a musty smell and one morning while taking a shower the water just quit before I was through. We went on the all inclusive package and it was a waste. All inclusive at this hotel means that you only can drink at the pool bar and their is a one drink limit per sitting. I found the food at the all inclusive buffet not to be appealing nor taste good. The best meal is breakfast where you can have eggs cooked to order. One morning at breakfast my coffee cup was completely dirty and another morning my silverware was dirty. We were told that there had been a heavy rain the week before in which everything washed down to the beach so this made the beach dirty as well in the area of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never go again myself. The hotel was not a good value for the price.

| If you go here on a VERY cheap deal, then it is worth it, otherwise try somewhere else. It was OK but I have had MUCH better before for cheap. The all-inclusive includes only drinks by the pool until 6-7pm, and the included food there looks like it came from a can.
