| This is the second time I have stayed at The Willows. It's a fabulous experience but only if you ask the right questions. Ex: I was to receive the upgraded free wine tasting but when I went to the Barking Frog they asked for my guest wine pass, which I didn't receive when I checked in. They did call the desk and get it for me however. They also don't tell you where the free breakfast is (The Barking Frog) or other things you expect to hear when checking in. This has happened to me both times so I'm inclined to think it's a lack of proper training. The spa is amazing however and so is everything else about this place.

| My husband and I found Willoes Lodge by pure accident, and were 100% satisfied. It was absolutely a beautiful place for our 1 year anniversary. The staff was friendly and attentive. We loved the free continental style breakfast each morning at the Barking Frog Restaurant. We walked and rented bikes along the trail and had wine by the huge fireplace in the lounge in the evening. The room was perfect; a huge sunken tub, firelplace, patio, plush bed, stereo, robes, and free wireless throughout the lodge and in our room. One day, we lounged in our room all afternoon after our spa massage and skipped housecleaning! It is about 20 mins. from Belluvue, where we shopped and dined. The hotel is more of a retreat, not a big-city chain resort, so if your looking for bright lights, lots of people, and loud entertainment, choose a Seattle-based hotel. This was an almost quaint, best kept-secret for those seeking star-service, a peaceful experience, and a more low-key, natural setting.

| A very nice intimate lodge. We enjoyed the spa and the restaurants. Breakfast is free and they provide bottled water each day you stay, which is great when participating in the tastings at the local wineries. The spa products in your room are divine. You really don't have to go anywhere if you choose not to. The bike/walking trail is great. Loved the fireplace. Great hotel.

| We stayed here in April for three nights, and WOW! Everyting was really wonderful, with one exception: When we had to check out! We didn't want to leave! The staff were friendly, personable, and most helpful. We rented bikes to ride the path that follows the waterway in the back for a few hours, and loved that as well. We WALKED over to a winery and toured it. The restaurant on site is a little pricey for us to eat there nightly, but it was a wonderful repast the night we did. We did not try the HerbFarm thats also on site. The Willows Lodge is a fantastic place to relax and re-energize. I highly recommend it.

| We came to Willows Lodge for our 2nd Anniversary and it was very romantic. It was very luxurious and comfortable. The tub was great and robes were even provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is even wine tasting in the lounge. If you want an extravagant dinner try the Barking Frog. We will return next year and stay longer. Thank you.

| I have stayed here many times over the past 2 years and have found this hotel to be my favorite. As somebody that travels all over the world for business, I have stayed in some great and not so great hotels. The rooms are very "lodge cozy" with exposed wood beams, very comfortable beds, fireplace and great shower and seperate tub. The staff takes special care of it's guests and you feel right at home once you check in. I reccomend this hotel to all of my colleagues and nobody has ever been disappointed. The only downside is that it is availability of rooms is an issue.
