| This was my first stay and not my last.I loved the breakfast,satisfied 100% with housekeeping,location is great to go any of the Disney Parks and any other places.The front desk could smile a little more but I had no problem.Excellent hotel to stay.Next vacation Hawthorn it is.....

| At checkin they said they gave my room away and had to put me in different room that I would have for one night. Would have to change rooms for remaining 3 nights. No soap for bathtub for three days. Had to call for it.

| negatives then positives. the room looked and seemed dirty. in the bedroom by the window ants were found and after moving the curtains it was obvious why. there was a leftover bottle cap and some chip crumbs I am assuming from the previous guest. the ants were so at home that they found there way into our backpack. there were other signs of bad housekeep such as pieces of candy wrappers around the bottom of the bed and toys as well as a sandal of some previous guest left in the drawer and closet.at the same window there was the bottom wall border that had come loose and had a nail sticking out. it took 3 days of pushing and reminding for someone to finally come and vacuum and fix the border. along with this the stove did not work, the sheets appeared dirty or stained and the blanket was very scratchy. The positive thing was that they had a free breakfast every morning that consisted of well rounded breakfast items. Don't stay here unless it is really cheap when you book or you have no other choice. we were incredibly disappointed at the unsanitary and unserviced condition during our 5 night stay.

| This hotel was good for the price. Lots of room and in the heart of the town. Beds were not comfortable at all, but the hotel was clean and well maintained.

| Overall everything went well with our trip and stay at the Hawthorn Suites. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. My wife enjoyed the free breakfast, I don't eat breakfast. My only complaint was that there were not enough clothes hangers in the room. I called the front desk to request additional hangers and was told that they don't give out extra hangers. Other than that I would definitely stay there again.

| The Trash was not cleaned when we landed at the hotel. There were no supplies provided like trash bags, Laundry bags, paper towels etc. etc. We had to go to the front desk for every single request again and again. The drawers did not have handles etc. The receptionist at the lobby only made a note of what was said. She couldn't fix most of my problems till I left the hotel.
