| The hotel was fine for a budget motel. We have young kids, and needed two rooms. Even though requested, they never got my email, so we arrived and learned we were four rooms apart. There is no elevator. Smokers get the first floor,we were on the second. The staff was generally friendly, and the breakfast adequate. However, the hotel was a bit longer away from Niagra Falls than I anticipated, about 10 miles.

| My family stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was about 15 minutes away from the Niagara Falls and all the major attractions, but was close enough if you move around by your own car. Hotel service was okay but not impressive, perhaps due to a shortage of staff. The Comfort Inn Welland provides breakfast of bread and coffee, which was in fact less spectacular than I had expected. The problem is not the breakfast itself but the breafast room, which is way too small and accomodates only about 10 people at a time. But overall, the hotel was okay place to stay on a vacation.

| This hotel is about 15 minutes from the falls It's clean, inexpensive and is showing signs of age. The bed was very hard, to the point of creating an early start on our trip the next day. Get good directions because the street name changes from the main highway to the hotel.

| The room was clean and everything worked. There arent any elevators and the breakfast servive was the equivalent to something you could bring into the room yourself. Over all, the service of the staff was nice, friendly and very willing to help. We were able to get directions from the very slow computer downstairs. Nun-the-less WE GOT THEM!

| Very small lobby, not much in the way of services, and no elevator --- very difficult maneuvering to get the bags through 4 doorways and up the steps. Small rooms. But it was good enough for crashing for the night, and then it was a quick drive into Niagara Falls.

| This is your typical small-town hotel, and the building is showing some age, but I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Not much in the way of amenities, but if all you need is a clean, comfortable place to get some sleep and a quick bite of toast or cereal in the morning to send you on your way, this is the perfect place to stay.
