| Our room was dirty. Management moved us to a bigger room and that room was dirty. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. I didn't want to move again. The hotel seemed run down. It needs to be remodeled. It was right across the street from universal studios which was great and not far from International Drive. Location is great but just didn't feel like Doubletree.

| There was not a shuttle running all day to Universal Studios. We had mold in the bathroom. I was very glad that we were only staying for one night and will not return.

| This hotel is not what it use to be, somehow, they have managed to get away from the family oriented feel and moved to the business feel. The game arcade is gone, breakfast buffet is ridiculously high (48.00 for a family of four). They charge you 5 dollars a day to park in the parking lot, even if you're a guest at the hotel. At this rate everyone that vacations to Florida will take part in a time share?

| First time in Florida and the hotel was quite impressive. Nice warm cookie when you sign in. Nice pool to get away from the hot weather in Florida.

| For the price, I was extrememly disappointed. The hotel was completely lacking of a 'resort' feel. The pool area was a large rectangle with little no visual appeal.

| The hotel is very convenient to Universal. You can basically walk across the street and save money on parking. The room was clean, but a bit rundown. There were stains on the carpet and the asthetic appearance of the room was lacking. I also would not recommend the Starbuck's in the lobby. I visited it twice and both times they mixed-up the orders. Overall, the hotel is nice, but I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars.

| This hotel is in an excellent location if you want to go to Universal Studios City Walk, Islands of Adventure or The Universal studios resort. You can walk from the hotel, and they have shuttle service. The only complaint I have is the elevators are slow during the day. I guess they don't have enough elevators to compete with the volume of people in the hotel.
