| Some of the staff are unhelpful. Cramped rooms for a 4 star rated hotel, hardly any space to put down 2 suitcases. No internet access in rooms.No Satellite TV or international TV channels.Housekeeping closes at 4.30pmNo toiletaries in bathroom for example a toothbrush of the worst quality costs 2 US$.Lousy shower due to low water pressure.Conclusion I felt ripped off staying here but that might be due to the shortage of hotel accomodation in Cardiff.
