| Everyone at embassy suites were super freindly. I found the conditions during our stayto be the best ever. The staff were great, and their breakfast were even better. My boys enjoyed all the attention given to them, and I appreciated it as well. I would surly be back soon.

| The hotel is beautiful and very clean! It's only a short walk to the beach - the views are awesome! We wished we would've stayed longer. The restaurants and meals at the hotel were fabulous. We will definitely return.

| Front desk staff not friendly or helpful. Houskeeping staff needs to speak better English. Casino needs more staff to help out on floor. Too many earphone types walking around; not enough staff to refill slots, bring you winnings, etc. Wait time much too long. No nightlife in hotel. It needs more music.

| The first thing we had to deal with was the communication barrier. Anyhow, the hotel was very noisey till early morning hours. We had to get a second room because the first one had a broken sofa bed. Had to remind the guest relations (ha) person that we had 5 people in our party 3 different times to get the correct amount of breakfast/drink cards. You will pay dearly to park your rental car in their garage, a real rip off. Most of the time the breakfast was cold in the buffet line so opt for the cook to order eggs but be perpared to wait a long time. The drinks are watered down so get them straight on the rocks. The snacks are chips and pretzels, nothing fancy. The pool was nice but the hot tub/jaccuzi would not turn on, just very hot. 4 of the 8 washer and dryers were out of order and there are not soap powders on site to buy. You have to walk 2 1/2 blocks to the nearest store. Don't drive or you will have to pay to park there aswell. The refridgerator in the room had no temp adjustment so it froze everything put in it. The only plus that i can think of is the beds are comfortable, not the pull out sofa. The air worked well and they cleaned the rooms well. The beach that is more like 3 blocks away was very busy, we had to travel to find secludiness and the road you have to cross is very busy too and the locals can not drive so be cautious.

| At the last minute we had to change the last 3 day's holiday from elsewhere to Puerto Rico and in a hurry booked this hotel on the back of internet opinions. We were very pleasently surprised. The staff are all extremely friendly and keen to help. The hotel is clean, the rooms are well thought out and there was no noise in the bedroom from next door or outside. The rooms are large enough and contain a fridge, microwave, iron/board, and access on the TV to the internet and computer games. A complementary breakfast is included. Often this is a few pastries and coffee, but here it was a full american style breakfast with eggs/omelettes cooked to order and was very tasty. This definately impressed. There is also a free evening drink, but we were always out and missed them. The pool is large and food can be ordered from the bar there. Free towels are provided. The main problem is its position. It is next to the airport landing area and the pool is in the intersection of two 3-lane motorways, so laying by the pool is noisy with car noise and frequent jet landings only 100 meters away. To compensate the pool is filled with latin music all day. However, all this didn't interfere as much as you'd think. The old town San Juan is a 15 min taxi trip away, costing $19 each way per taxi plus tips. As a stop-over it is a totally adequate hotel. As a holiday, choose one nearer the old town or on the beach front.

| I recommend this hotel. Nice service and a delicious and full breakfast. Careful with the restaurants around, as Lupis not very familiar, specially at night and very expensive too. Avoid the nearest Burger King and Churchs they are slow, dirty and in remodelation. I recommend the souvenirs shop next to Mi Casita a very nice, clean and traditional restaurant.

| The hotel looked beutiful. The service was really good and the location too. A really nice pool ,casino, and restaurant. The rooms were kept clean and they had elevators with the vew of inside the plaza of the middle of the hotel. I liked the hotel a lot I'm already thinking of going back to the same hotel on my next visit to Puerto Rico. I was pleased.
