| The only downside to the hotel was the condition of the carpets in the hallways and the room itself. They definently need to upgrade, it would enhance there overall rating. The contential breakfast was just enough to get you started for the day and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

| Although located on in New Orleans East, we found the hotel to be quite nice. Wal-Mart, Sams, Walgreens, etc. all located in the immediate vicinity to pick up any items that you leave home without. A big plus for us was the fact that traffic heading downtown from New Orleans East is much better than trying to drive in from Metairie or Kenner. The only complaint we have is regarding extra pillows. Four calls were made over two days requesting extra pillows. On the third day, the day of our scheduled checkout, we left still waiting for the extra pillows!

| Was okay, but not overly comfortable. Bed was very uncomfortable; TV case had broken handle. Staff was uninformed or unconcerned concerning directions. Shuttle didn't run near as often as needed for the customers.
