| The 24 hour shuttle service to the airport was great. Hotel was very attractive and clean. The free breakfast every morning is a very nice feature. The Mexican restaurant was good, but its service was slow. Our room was fine but the pillows were unusually small and the towels were not very soft. Kids had a great time in the pool, but I wish there had been a hot tub. A 10 minute walk to two nearby subway stops made getting into easy, although both walks meant going through some rather scary areas.

| We found it to be comfortable for our short stay. It was easy to get into Boston via shuttle then onto subway.

| The desk staff were extremely helpful. Great to have a bar downstairs. A jacuzzi would be nice.

| I really appreciated the steps they took to conserve plastic, water, etc. Giving me an option on having my sheets and towels cleaned EVERY night, having soap and shampoo dispensers. Really appreciated. Also, good airport shuttle which is so important in Boston. Thanks.

| The hotel itself is great. From the description we read it seemed closer to downtown and the water than it actually was. That was the only disappointment.

| Good service, no-frills hotel to stay in. Outside of public transportation, will require a car to go to city. Near airport a plus in case of early flight considering tunnel access problems in Boston.

| Expensive hotel for what you get. The water of the pool was not clean. The continental breakfast as a good variety of foods but the service is terrible. The server was asked often for items by different customers and didn't pay attention. At one time there was around 8 people waiting for clean plates and after 5 minutes she comes out with two plates and gave not satisfaction to the customers. Barely spoke english and very rude.

| The service was excellent. It was farther than we expected from the airport, but the shuttle service was great. The room was large and the beds were pretty comfortable. It is right next door to the NECCO candy factory, which has a candy shop open to the public, an added bonus.
