| The hotel is tough to get to, it has no driveway, so you have to park on the street. The people are nice, they gave pretty good service. The hotel is a little old so the rooms are a little rundown. Overall, so so, not bad.

| The room was fine. The hotel staff were friendly and provided good service. The parking garage was a big plus. Saturday night, they closed the hotel restaurant for apparently no reason. That was inconvenient, but no fault of the hotel.

| Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Calgary, and less expensive than others. Bed was in poor shape. No guide to TV channels, Full kitchen, but no resupply of coffee. Only ate breakfast one morning in restaurant. Food was OK, but service slow. Not first choice, but would consider staying again because of location and price.

| Room was clean and comfortable, though dated. The suite was like a 1 bedroom apartment, rather than efficiency, with a full kitchen. However, it appeared to have been built in the 70's, with few updates since.

| Positives: Close to downtown business centers, clean, spacious rooms designed for business travelers (desk, kitchenette), reasonable pricing, decent room service available, wireless broadband internet, adjacent diner-type restaurant for breakfast meetings or a quick bite. Negatives: unimpressive lobby, OK exercise room, no mileage partner.

| This is an old hotel, but the location is great and the price was good. The rooms were large and included a kitchen, but like I said, they are old. The room rate included a free breakfast buffet, but the buffet is overly expensive if your rate does not include it. A better option is the coffee and donut shops down the block. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked that you could park your own car.
