| Room had not been well cleaned, there was trash on floor behind chair. Asked for non-smoking room, received smoking room with cigarette burns on carpet. Hotel staff was very friendly, continental breakfast was good.

| The staff at "check-in" and "check-out" were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. They also furnished a free high speed internet connection which is a must for me.
