This four-story hotel is located just off I-405, in the suburban city of Renton, 14 miles south of downtown Seattle. It offers easy access to Boeing’s Renton facility and the Westfield Shoppingtown Southcenter shopping mall, both less than three miles away. The hotel features 114 guestrooms in three townhouse-style buildings. Amenities include one meeting room and a business center with a computer and complimentary high-speed Internet access. An indoor pool, spa tub, and exercise room are on site, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is provided. Daily buffet breakfasts, weekly light dinners (Tuesdays), and coffee in the lobby throughout the day are all complimentary.

Recreation
An indoor pool, spa tub, and exercise room with a Universal weight machine and three cardiovascular machines provide year-round recreation. The hotel is less than one mile from the Interurban Trail, a paved path alongside the Green River, where guests can jog, bike, or inline skate. Lake Washington, three miles north, is a popular spot for fishing, boating, and water skiing. At least seven public golf courses are within 10 miles. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

| The breakfast is great, staff were friendly & helpfull and the room was comfortable and reasonably priced. This was our first visit to the Seattle area - stayed 5 nights & had a great time. Finding the hotel can be a bit tricky - but that's the only problem we had. Overall, we thought it was a great deal!

| We enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites in Renton, WA! Comfortable rooms, nice warm pool for the kids, great breakfast and friendly staff. Also, the little store with snacks and personal items was a nice addition to our stay.

| Clean Suite. Two TVs one for bedroom section and another for living section. Sofa bed (with lots of extra linen in the closet) in the living section was helpful. Free breakfast better than regular continental BF. (two waffle makers and hot eggs and sausages) Access is kinda tricky, after getting off I-405, you see the hotel from the freeway, but the exit is 1.5 miles away. Then come all the way back.

| This hotel was a great find! good location, central to everything, freeways, mall, restaurants and only 20 minutes to Seattle. The staff was very acommodating, and friendly, the complimentary breakfast and daily newspaper (left outside your door) was great. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying at another Marriott hotel. A-plus!!!!!

| This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was inexpensive, clean, comfortable and had a great breakfast buffet for free. The hotel has a nice pool, especially fun for kids, along with a hot tub. The room was clean, comfortable and had high-speed internet for free. The room has a little living room and office. There is a vanity attached to the bathroom giving a feeling of lots of space. Very happy with our stay.
