| Situated just off the highway near an outlet mall and surrounded by a trailer park it was accessible and felt relatively safe if a bit isolated. The California-required sign about the establishment being located on a site that contained and or emitted cancerous substances became slightly less troublesome as we did see the identical sign at a few other locations around the state (though not at any hotels). The staff was folksy and helpful. The room was clean but average in that inexpensive-hotel-by-the-highway kind of way.

| This motel must have fallen on hard times since the previous reviewers wrote. I knew something was afoot when the 1st guest we saw was a tatooed guy with a shaved head pounding on a door demanding to know "where's Jimmie at?". A/C broken (appeared to have been hit with a club). Crumbs/lint throughout the floor. Roach in the bathroom greeted me in the am. Loud freeway noise all night. Clerk of no help (not surprisingly). Good luck.

| The hotel was just fine for the stay in Camarillo. At first, there were only smoking rooms available when I preferred non-smoking. But they accomodated my request and got me into a non-smoking room. I would definitely stay there again.

| The hotel was nice, convenient location with great restaurants across the street and nearby shopping outlet and movie theater. We did request an iron and were told there were only seven irons for the whole hotel! We had to use it and bring it back to the front desk so other guests could use it too!

| overall the price was right for the accommoditions; easy to get to off 101; housekeepers helpful; free breakfast was only OJ, coffee, muffins, no fruit; mattress were firm; pillows were small; not fluff; bring extra blankets if you get cold; showers were nice - lots of water pressuer.

| The room was comfortable although the bed was way too soft (hope they change mattresses soon). I guess for the rates they are offering, it was acceptable quality. Service at the front desk was friendly. Right next door to the Camarillo Outlet Mall, so probably the best place in town if shopping is a major priority for your trip.

| On freeway, so noisy. Fire alarms in middle of night, sprinklers, room down the hall on fire (apparently). No fire department, no police, no paramedics, no management people from the hotel to say everything was ok, or a danger, or ??? They took the fire, sprinklers and alarm as if nothing had happened. Very bizarre. Check in is REALLY slow. Would not return.
