| Room was clean and newly appointed. Air Conditioning was struggling to work and the air smelled a bit stale.

| The hotel looks nice from the outside. Once inside it is evident that it is in a bad area. The carpet appeared not to have been cleaned since installed.

| This Hotel is just a jog away from down town Mountain View (Castro St) and it is very convinient. The people there are extremely helpful and I was able to always feel welcome and at home. Thanks Ramada!
