| The hotel claims to have internet in the rooms. True. However it has a strange procedure that requires one, either to come down to the reception or to request someone to send an one-hour internet pre-paid card to the room. Obviously not practical when you need to work throughout the night. So if you are like me that request 24 hrs on-line connection stay away from Nogaro.

| We stayed there only one night but liked the hotel very much. The location is very central with easy access to all important downtown areas. Rooms were clean, the people at the front desk friendly and helpful. They had construction going on in the lobby area but upper floor were not affected by noise or dust. I will stay ther agai next time.

| While the small but stylish rooms were nice enough, this hotel DID NOT reflect its four star rating. We were put in a room next to the staff elevator and, as a result, were woken early by the door opening, loud talking, and carts rolling by. As if this wasn't bad enough, they are STILL doing construction on a hotel labeled as "newly renovated" (as of Feb. 2006). This meant that the sound of jackhammers woke us up early, even on the 8th floor. When I called to complain about this noise, the front desk rudely denied that the noise could even carry this far and did nothing to stop it - they didn't even offer a rate reduction. Your money is much better spent in a hotel that is actually finished and actually four star. Plus, while the Plaza de Mayo location sounds central, it is actually far from most everything except the relatively boring Plaza.

| This hotel is just a block from the Plaza de Mayo, so very centrally located. The staff at the front desk speaks English really well and were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and dining area are not much to write home about, but completely serviceable and clean. This hotel is a good choice if you want a decent place to sleep, but will be out and about most of the rest of your time in BA. The desk staff gave good advice and assistance on places to eat, etc., and was happy to make reservations for us. Free internet in the basement level is nice; the gym is really small. Not recommended for a romatic getaway.
