Less than a mile from the Oakland side of the Bay Bridge, this 12-story hotel offers views of San Francisco Bay in Emeryville, close to the water and few than 10 miles from downtown San Francisco. The hotel’s lobby is streamlined in style, with neoclassical artwork and sculptures lining the walls. Meeting facilities are available and a business center has a fax, copy machine, and computer with high-speed Internet access that guests can use for free. The ecologically conscious property is entirely non-smoking (guests can smoke on their balconies, however). The hotel also offers a daily complimentary breakfast and complimentary manager’s receptions on weekday evenings. An outdoor pool is heated and there is a spa tub and fitness center on site. Massages are available by appointment on site (surcharge). All suites have VCRs and a complimentary video library is available in the lobby. A small pantry sells meals guests can make in their rooms along with California wines, chocolate, and other snacks. Parking is free.

| The Woodfin is an extremely serviceable business hotel. All the rooms are suites, the staff is friendly and the business center is open for 24 hours and they don't charge for email, printing, etc.
