| I would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at. First of all its not in a gerat area and the decor is outdated and musty. Our view was of the 4 lane highway, so the noise was unbearable. The bathroom was filthy, cracked tiles, hair etc. I booked this room with a King bed and was given a double. Bed was hard and were given 2 paper thin pillows to sleep on. I travel to many places and stay at some mediocre and high end hotels and this by far was a dump. Pay the extra cash adn go somewhere clean, safe and comfortable.

| It is not luxury, but for downtown Albany for a quick stay or to be close to the Capital Offices, it is not a bad deal.

| For the first time in my life, I actually wrote to the Ramada chain to complain about how they could possibly pass this place off as a hotel. While the staff was helpful and courteous, the facilty reminded me of a housing project, an old one at that. There was mold and mildow everywhere. the furniture was stained, worn and rickety. (I don't want to think about the bed. Had I not prepaid with Expedia, I would not have checked in.
