Downtown Chicago is 17.5 miles away. All guests of the hotel are entitled to several services typically reserved for club-level accommodations, including complimentary hors d’oeuvres in a ninth-floor club lounge each afternoon and complimentary coffee, tea, and scone delivery with all wake-up calls. Shuttle service within a five-mile radius is also complimentary.
