We enjoyed the suite,it was roomy with many extra comforts & ammenities. The whirlpool tub & steam bath was wonderful. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs for guests to use. We will make this our hotel for all beach vacations in the future. The only downfall was the price of drinks at the outside bar and the lack of attentiveness from the bartenders.

Although our room was spotless, very large and comfortable, I felt the buildings were a bit rundown. The landscape was overgrown and overall, the buildings could use a facelift to keep up with the area. The pool was very nice, with enough chairs at both the pool and beach. There was a nice play area on the beach for young kids.

Enjoyed the beach very much. We thought the property was a little outdated and the rooms were fine, We expected a little more posh for the money spent in the off season(first part of August) The staff was mostly friendly, some were not. Had to remind the staff that we paid for a two bebroom when checking in.

Absolutely gorgeous beach but "garden view" turned out to be the parking lot with a couple of bushes; front desk personnel were rude and combative; parking was woefully inadequate; beds and furniture were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

The beach setting and family-centered environment are the attractions however the rooms are tired and poorly maintained. The layout of the resort always reminds me of densely packed surburban townhouses which does not take advantage of the setting. Rooms were not clean on arrival. The Sunday brunch was beautifully presented and quite good. We were there 16 years ago and it has not changed at all!

Very relaxing hotel experience. Very kid friendly with an excellent daily children's program; well-supervised. Wide, private beach with super-soft sand. Playground, tether ball, and volley ball nets on beach. Great hotel service.

We were very impresses with the service and food. Sunday brunch was one of the best we have ever had! Staff was also courteous ans prompt to your every need. Resort itself could use some updating along with more comfortable furniture, very stiff. Location is also excellent, right on the beach.

Main problem was "check in" confusion at front desk. Mngmt. was not able to provide a suite with a King size bed we purchased. We had to settle for a suite with two double beds which really turned out to be very uncomfortable. Carpet was not very clean for the duration of our stay.
