| We checked in at 6pm and were told that they had not finished cleaning the room yet. We were not able to check into our room until 7pm. We had also parked our vehicle ourselves and it was indicated that the hotel would provide a voucher for the parking if we allowed them to park it. We did and were then charged for two days worth of parking upon check out even though we had only been parked for 12 hours. It would have been less had we parked it ourselves. The bathroom in the room still had hair in it and there was water on the counter. The room was not very insulated and you could easily hear other guests coming in the hallway late at night. You could also hear people down on the street even though we were on the 10th floor.
