| Not even five minutes from Disneyland - we took a two hour break in the middle of the day and went back to the hotel. The place seemed old but it was clean and I was about as comfortable as you could be with three children in a suite. The pool is tiny - I didn't know they could be so small. Parking was never a problem, our room was cleaned perfectly. I'd stay there again if traveling with my grandkids again. It felt safe (real important), lots of restaurants and a market a block down. It took us 15 minutes, if that, to get to Soak City.

| The hotel was not the best.....you get what you pay for. It did accommodate all of our needs, the room was small but it was more than enough to sleep a family of six. The refrigerator and microwave were very useful. We packed our lunches to save money. If you are looking for a room to fit a large family and are not going to spend most of your day in the room, I would recommend it.

| The room was reserved for five. The hotel maid only left towels for two. When I asked her as she was passing by for more towels she said I would have to call the office. The bathtub valve dripped constantly. We spilled a little wine on the sink counter and it was never wiped clean the next three days we were there. The room and and beds were otherwise clean and smoke-free. The a/c worked well and quickly. Good size suite with 2 tv's, refrigerator, and microwave was nice, but we didn't really have an opportunity to use them. No noise from other rooms was observed. There is an elevator available. The breakfast room was clean, well stocked with fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, coffee and juice and not crowded. The parking lot fills late at night, but we were allowed to park two hotels away. We were confronted by street people asking us if we wanted to give them the takeout food we were carrying as we walked between hotels. Its probably best to drop off most of the group with the food close to the room and have two people go park the car if you have to park at the other hotel. The location is conveniently close to Disneyland and nearby restaurants. The shuttle stops out front, but since we were there during a heat wave, it didn't seem worth it for the wait. If you don't mind a few minor challenges mentioned above, its reasonable for what you get. We didn't spend that much time there anyway.

| Hotel is very dated - we stayed in a room w/2 dbls and Queen sleeper. Space was OK but carpet, bedspreads were old, stained. Ceiling had water spots/damage. Slider door to bathroom kept coming off. We had to ask for towels each day but we're told that housekeeping didn't get in until 9am. Rooms need to be updated because for same price or a few dollars more could've stayed somewhere nicer. TV channels for kids kept going out - we ended up at this hotel because we waited to make our reservations at the last minute - won't do that again! Not a good reflection for Ramada!

| I am disgusted by the service I received at the Ramada Linited Anaheim hotel. First the advertised pool is not a pool, it is a 4 ft deep wading pool. In a hot area, such as Anaheim, you would expect a decent pool, or no pool at all. Secondly, the service clerks were not very helpful. We tried to get change for the laundry, and the clerk on Saturday night was very impersonable and rude. Then my hotel room did not have any hot water in the shower. This was not realized until 11pm. When the front desk was called, the same clerk was rude and inconsiderate of the problem. I had to go to the front desk myself, the next day at 7am and was then told someone would look at it after 830am. When you only have a limited amount of time to spend at Disneyland, "THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH", this was very inconvienent and frustrating. I had to request another room to be able to take a shower. What kind of service is this? The room were extremely hot becuase the air was not running when we entered the room and the parking lot is not even big enough to hold vehicles for the number of room the hotel provideds. I am throughly disgusted by the service, the room, and my overall experience at your hotel. I have stayed at Ramada Hotels in the past and have had much more exceptional service than received at this location. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone, not even my enemies.

| 6 of us stayed in a suite with 2 doubles and the queen sofa sleeper. The refridgerator and microwave were awesome. It was great to come back to cold drinks and snacks. To improve the hotel could offer a free shuttle. We weren't quite sure why it cost $3 a person to shuttle us for less than a mile so we opted to drive and park ourselves for $10 versus $18 to Disney. The other area of improvement is the free breakfast. Fruit loops and frosted flakes are hardly my idea of healthy cereal choices all though my kids loved it. I had to stick with toast, fruit and juice. One morning the orange juice was out.

| We had two of the queen suites and several children in our party. The rooms were very large, accomodating everyone! The service was the best I've had in a long time; no matter how messy we left it, it looked fantastic when we returned! It's convenient to catch the Disneyland shuttle right outside the lobby!
