| That's the only reson to stay here, place has seen better days, and so many nicer places to stay at the Cape, I wanted to catch an early ferry, and I did, that's the only reason to pick this place. Needs a good cleaning and some new furnishings.

| The hotel was a little run down but not too bad for the money. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and pools were very clean!!

| It was cozy for a getaway. BUT when I hear "resort" I don't think borderline motel. The name gives a false idea of what it will be like. Other than that and the uncomfortable comforters, it was fine. Location was great just minutes from local attractions and dining.

| The room fine for our trip. It was inexpensive for the summer and the room was fine for sleeping. It was a bit old in it's style. The people who were working were the greatest. Very helpful and very friendly. Pool looked great and the Yarmouth House Restaurant next door was fantastic. If you want luxury and little things like a coffe pot in room , tiny shampoo and conditioners etc,this is not for you. Otherwise it is fine.

| the room was clean , the ac worked and the water was hot............ i asked for a wake up call when checking in, they forgot at the front desk.

| Rooms do not have microwaves, coffee makers, hair dryers or internet access. They did not even provide shampoo, washed my hair with hand soap for three days! Bathroom looked clean enough but had a distinct smell of mold, must be a water problem somewhere. Pool is nice, though.
