| We had twins and requested (if possible) two cribs: they had it when we arrived. We requested a bottom floor room and we had it. They were gracious and everything was exactly as we had anticipated which is key with small kids.

| Despite renovations being done during stay, hotel is worth the value compared to other nearby hotels. Rooms are huge and facilities are excellent and getting better with renovations.

| I was very nervous of the quality and condition of this hotel when I heard the price- Surprise!!!! We would stay here again and again!!!! The rooms were very clean! A great INDOOR POOL!!!! The decor is not up-to-date but the rooms are suites- a fridge, a couch and seperate tv area from the bed- which was very comfortable. I would Highly recommed this hotel- especially for families with children!!!!!!! You won't find a better deal anywhere else on the Cape!!!!!!

| The hotel clearly had some minor problems such as a crack in the wall in one room and a problem toilet in another, but overall it was a great location on the Cape and a great price for the area.
